DILG Orders Policitians' Names Removed

DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo ordered the removal of the names of politicians, including his and that of the President, from government projects and billboards, including vehicles. [See Dismantling Traditional Politics page.]

PHILIPPINE TRUTH COMMISSION

Created through the very first Executive Order (EO 1) of newly elected Benigno S. Aquino III, the Philippine Truth Commission is tasked to investigate graft and corruption committed by high ranking officials in the GMA administration.
